May we remember who we really are.
Love Around the Bend
The road we’re on is an illusion
We’re driven by a strong delusion
That earthly life is permanent
And human life is dominant
While we ignore the hourglass
And slip into our dreams en masse
The earth is circling round the sun
And we don’t know that we are one
We wonder at our destiny
Our place within eternity
One life seems but a second long
Another several seasons strong
A simple slip beyond the veil
And one would think a mission failed
But your last breath is someone’s first
The spinning song of death reversed
Now celebrate the time spent here
This enchanted place with ones so dear
And dream with me around the bend
Of heaven’s light and our good friends
